I am so glad to find this place! This is my new favorite sushi restaurant hands down, drop the mic!! Not only is this restaurant lovely inside, the service and food are impeccable! I opted for the Oomori (7 course tasting) and my husband got the Nami (6 course tasting). They were having a sushi and sake special tasting that they offered to us since they had a few seats left and we came right before it started. I am soooo sad we couldn't partake (I had a deadline to meet after dinner---dumb job!). I love sake and I kept looking at the special pairings and listening to the descriptions of what was going on with the special menu. I had to snap out of my funk because I was so seriously bummed watching all the sake tasting and fabulous sushi. After ordering a pot of Hoji-cha I chilled a bit. Once our courses started coming out I was in bliss!!! I missed taking pictures of a few because was so excited to try the beautifully plated food. I could have eaten even more than my 7 courses, but not because I was still hungry, the fish was sooo amazing and every offering tasted different. I just didn't want it to end! I told my husband we are coming back and SOON. The owner was very happy to hear that. I love supporting businesses that make customer service and fantastic dining experiences seem effortless. When it's sushi, it's Kase for us!!!

Omakase experiences can be hit or miss, but Kase makes it look effortless. Every piece of sushi feels thoughtfully prepared, with high-quality cuts and well-balanced flavors. The exception? The sea bream, which could've been better, but when everything else is this good, it's easy to let that one slide. The real standout? The service. Our server was on another level--attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure the meal felt special without being overly formal. That alone is enough to bring me back. If you want a high-end sushi experience in Vegas without the pretentious vibe, Kase delivers. It's polished without being stuffy and gives you a meal that feels just as much about the experience as it does about the food.

What a gem! This restaurant is basically my ideal sushi restaurant - lovely interior yet still casual, with amazing fresh quality sushi. The way to go here is with one of their omakase courses - we ordered the 7 course for $49. We also added on the peanut salad and a couple orders of chutoro nigiri. Every bite of the omakase was incredible and each piece comes already dressed. The pace was fantastic and our server was knowledgeable and helpful. I was pretty shocked this restaurant wasn't super busy for a Friday night. For those that appreciate variety and quality, Kase is one of the best spots in Vegas for the price!

Oomori 7 course tasting menu was perfect as a light meal. Everything was delicious. Great service and waiter who explained each dish to us. Let us know that they have 1/2 sake on Sundays when you order tasting menus. Restaurant was clean. Restroom was clean. Plenty of parking. Only thing I would change would be that they slow down the pace a little bit. The restaurant was completely empty on an early Tuesday so it was nice and quiet. Definitely quality of quantity here.

If you never had an Omakase experience then I'd say this is a good experience for you to start at since the process point isn't too high and is a great introduction. I've eaten here at least twice but I'll be basing this review off my most recent experience. We got the Oomori (7 course tasting). The food was decent but ironically the hand roll seemed like the best part of the whole thing so I'd suggest that and ordering a la carte if you don't choose Omakase. But then again each item is priced way more than the Omakase so it seems right to come here mainly for the Omakase. This whole experience for us took 2 hours but that's because they started to sync our omakase with another group. If you come here when it's less busy then your experience will definitely be faster and more enjoyable. Although normal omakase can take this long, this experience would be best if it was faster. We noticed that there was a premium tasting as well but not until after we ordered because it doesn't have it itemized underneath. Would definitely consider this next time especially when it's slower.

Came here on a Saturday night with a reservation for 7pm. It was pretty quiet when we arrived with just one other table seated. It's a small space that's cute but definitely casual, making it an easy omakase experience. We opted for the 7 course option. The quality was good, not necessarily great. However, it far exceeded expectations based on the pricing. The value for the omakase experience and freshness of food was definitely amazing. The service was prompt and very courteous. Pacing was also great as we ate pretty quickly and they kept up with us. Not sure if that would change if they had been busier. But we finished our meal in 45 minutes, which is fast for omakase. I'd definitely be interested to trying this place out for takeout next. It reminded me a lot of Sugarfish. Perhaps not quite as refined but it's a great choice when you're looking for something better than AYCE but also still on a budget.

Wow wow wow! What an amazing hidden gem! The experience was hands down one of the best I've ever had. The fish was fresh and they never repeated a garnish. We got the 6 course meal and were enchanted. It was so wonderful we added Amaebi and Uni Foei Gras, do it, you'll thank me later. The restaurant is quaint, small and well decorated. Service was quick and elevated. I cannot wait to return. Amazing job from the two young guys on the line.

I decided to try my luck at a more casual omakase in Las Vegas. I chose the 7 course and here are my thoughts. The price was $49 and it was served one course at a time. The starter: the seaweed salad was nice and savory. I loved the sesame taste and it was a refreshing start. Next I got the 4 pc nigiri and I loved how fresh each piece was. The server explained each piece and gave me a certain way to eat it. Next was the albacore sashimi with black pepper ponzu. The ponzu was bright and refreshing Next was the blue crab handroll and it was pairef perfectly with the black pepper ponzu above for dipping. Next was the next set of nigiri, which had the tuna Following was the negitoro handroll which was fresh. Finally ended with the chef choice sahimi of salmon belly and scallop. The ending was a chefs kiss and my favorite. Overall a great menu, but a bit more pricey. Its hard to justify for price, but it was good.
